Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on at86, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. at86 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesian market. Proof of age is required via KTP verification before withdrawals are permitted.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia. at86 is designed and optimized for Indonesian players. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are not eligible to register or use the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. Individuals who lack legal capacity — including minors and persons under legal guardianship — are ineligible.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gaming service. Any attempt to register a new account while a self-exclusion is active constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be listed on any international sanctions list or designated as a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to enhanced due diligence that at86 is unable to satisfy.

Account Registration

Registration on the at86 Platform is free of charge. Each Player may hold only one Account. The following rules apply to the registration and maintenance of all Accounts:

3.1 Registration Requirements

When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, a valid Indonesian mobile number, a unique email address, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading information at the point of registration constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. at86 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify at86 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. at86 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.3 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold exactly one registered Account. If at86 determines that a Player holds more than one Account — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — all associated Accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation. Bonuses claimed across duplicate Accounts will be voided without exception.

3.4 Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting the at86 support team. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method following successful identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Identity Verification (KYC)

at86 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed and, in certain circumstances, before continued access to the Platform is permitted.

4.1 Required Documents

• Government-issued photo ID: A clear photograph or scan of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian National Identity Card). For players who are not Indonesian nationals, a valid passport is accepted.
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other supported banks) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) registered to your Account.
• Selfie verification: A recent selfie holding your KTP, taken within 30 days of the verification request, may be required for enhanced due diligence cases.

4.2 Verification Timeline

Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 hours of document submission during business days (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB). Players submitting documents on weekends or Indonesian public holidays may experience processing times of up to 48 hours. Withdrawals remain on hold until verification is complete.

4.3 Enhanced Due Diligence

at86 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including for high-value transactions, unusual account activity patterns, or in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in Account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

at86 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

5.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time following confirmed bank transfer or e-wallet payment.
• at86 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account minus any applicable bank transfer fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. at86 reserves the right to require withdrawal to the deposit source as an anti-money-laundering control.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes following approval for verified accounts. Processing times may extend to 24 hours during peak periods or for high-value withdrawals subject to enhanced review.
• at86 does not charge withdrawal fees. Bank transfer charges imposed by your financial institution are your responsibility.
• Withdrawals from bonus balances are only permitted after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• at86 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of KYC verification or fraud investigation.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the at86 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency transactions are supported. at86 is not responsible for any exchange-rate losses incurred by Players transacting in foreign currencies through their own financial institutions.

Bonuses & Promotions

at86 offers a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and BRI Liga 1 season milestones. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each specific promotion is disclosed in full on the promotion detail page before the bonus is claimed. Players are encouraged to review these requirements carefully before opting in.

6.2 Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus carries a validity period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain unwagered at the end of the validity period are automatically forfeited without further notice. Validity periods are specified on each promotion page and begin from the moment the bonus is credited to your Account.

6.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally — or at all — toward satisfying wagering requirements. Sports betting markets, live casino games, and slot games typically contribute at different rates. A full game contribution table is published on the at86 Promotions page. Wagers placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

at86 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where evidence of systematic bonus abuse is detected. Prohibited bonus-abuse behaviors include but are not limited to: placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a wagering outcome, using automated bet-placement software to meet wagering requirements, and claiming bonuses using false identities or multiple Accounts.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting, casino, and lottery products available on the at86 Platform. Product-specific rules — including detailed settlement procedures for football (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, and FIFA World Cup markets), live casino tables, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws — are published in the respective product sections of the Platform.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by at86. A bet is confirmed only when the Platform issues a bet reference number and the stake is deducted from the Player's Account balance. at86 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting was not the intended product, or where a system error has resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being displayed.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the point of placement. at86 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where warranted by risk management considerations, without prior notice.

7.3 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void and stakes returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, postponement beyond the Platform's settlement window, data feed errors resulting in incorrect odds, and force majeure events outside at86's reasonable control. Void bet stakes are returned to the Player's Account within 24 hours of the voiding decision.

7.4 Palpable Errors

at86 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error (commonly referred to as "palpable errors" or "palp errors" in industry practice). In such cases, the correct odds at the time of placement — or a void and stake refund — will be applied at at86's discretion. at86 will communicate the resolution to the affected Player within 48 hours.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's identity to register an Account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or circumvent security measures.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity corruption in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity.
• Chargebacks — initiating fraudulent payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to deposits made on the Platform.
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or permitting any person other than the registered Account holder to place bets or access Account funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known exploit will be voided and the Account will be reviewed.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing at86 staff or other users through any communication channel.

If you believe your gambling has become a problem, we encourage you to contact our support team immediately. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. at86 does not market to self-excluded players and will refund any real-money balance to the verified payment method on file.

Intellectual Property

All content on the at86 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of at86 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of at86. Unauthorized use of Platform content will result in Account termination and may give rise to legal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, at86's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any related services shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

at86 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if at86 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, at86 shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or third-party infrastructure failures (including internet service providers, banking systems, or e-wallet platforms).
• Losses arising from unauthorized Account access where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, match previews, or game information.
• Acts of God, force majeure events, government actions, or any other circumstances beyond at86's reasonable control that prevent or delay the provision of Platform services.

Privacy & Data

at86's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the at86 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

at86 processes personal data in accordance with internationally recognized data protection principles, including purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, and security. Players located in Indonesia have rights under applicable Indonesian data protection law, including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to at86's legal retention obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

at86 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent in-Platform notice at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.4.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of at86's operating jurisdiction as recognized under international gaming regulations. Where Indonesian players bring claims arising from these Terms, at86 acknowledges the player's right to seek resolution through internationally recognized dispute resolution mechanisms.

14.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or grievance arising from or related to these Terms, your Account, or the Platform, you should first contact at86's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. at86 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days (WIB) and to making a good-faith effort to resolve disputes to the Player's reasonable satisfaction.

14.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 calendar days of the complaint being formally lodged, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under internationally recognized commercial arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

14.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
